1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and booking a stay at Madhuban Villa or Madhuban Exotic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Booking and Payments

To secure a reservation, an advance payment is required. The specific amount will be communicated to you during the booking process on WhatsApp or over the phone.

• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in or as otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the specific booking terms. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check-in are generally non-refundable. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the exact cancellation policy applicable to your reservation.

4. Property Rules & Guidelines

• Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 1:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or equipment during their stay. Any damages will be charged to the guest.
• Conduct: We expect all guests to behave respectfully. Loud music or disruptive behaviour that disturbs other guests or neighbors is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability

Madhuban Villa/Exotic will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests personal property or persons during their stay, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Guests use the swimming pool and other facilities entirely at their own risk.
